Changing the Date of Birth in the School Records who are studying in Kerala from First Standard to 10th Standard can be done by the Head Master of the institution. In order to Change the Date of Birth in School Records the student have to visit the website www.keralapareekshabhavan.in and Download the Application form and Fill the Application Form and attach the necessary documents and submit the application to the principal.
Applicant can get the Application Form from the School and it should be filled by the applicant and attach Birth Certificate and submit to the Head Master. If the student have to change his Name in the School Records he have to get it from the Village Officer. Form will be available along with the Application Form.
If the Student have got the SSLC Book and he have to change his Date of Birth then it should be changed by the Pareeksha Bhavan and the application form can be downloaded from the website of Kerala Pareeksha Bhavan which is mentioned above.
Download the Application Form and Fill it and attach all the necessary documents and send it to the Pareeksha Bhavan. You will get brief instruction of changing of Date of Birth after getting SSLC Book in the website.
