Applications were invited for Inlaks Scholarships for Students who are interested in Studying abroad. Those who like to apply for the scholarship they can apply for University courses or any Specific Program. The candidate have to complete their first degree in India and residing in india.
Students are granted with an scholarship amount upto $85000 for their studies in any of the Top Universities in USA, UK or any Eurpean countries. Scholarships will be provided for a period of 2 years for any university courses abroad. Before applying for the scholarship candidate have to get admission in the course in any university in abroad.
Candidate have to inform the foundation about the course, travel and other expenses and the travel details.
Age: Below 30 years as on 1st July 2012
Eligibility:
Candidate who are completed their first degree in India and residing in india can apply.
Candidate have to confirm their admission in the foreigh university for the course.
Candidates who are not studied abroad previously will be selected.
How to Apply:
Download the application from from the website of inlaks scholarships http://inlaksfoundation.org/applicationforms.aspx and fill it and send the filled application form along with other necessary documents (if asked) to Inlaks Shivdasani Foundation, C/o Inlaks India Foundation, 86/87 Atlanta, Nariman Point, Mumbai, PIN: 400021
Documents required:
Proof of Admission in the University in Abroad and their details about fees and other expenses.
Self Addressed Rs 10 stamp affxed envelop. (size: 10*23 cm)
Other certificates if posses about achievements and awards.
Canddate have to include these certificates while sending the form and they will be called for an interview if their application is selected. Interview will be done in Mumbai or Delhi and there will be 2 interviews.
For Phd programs candidates will be granted scholarships upto 4 years.
Scholarships are also granted for Specific programs abroad.
Note: Candidates can recieve any other scholarships also along with this scholarship. If the candidate is already grant an scholarship for courses aborad it will be an advantage for getting this scholarship.
