There are some people who want to hide lot of files and folders from others viewing it but hiding a large amount of data is difficult.
For hiding lot of data its easy to put all the files which you want to hide and hide the partition so that the partition cannot be viewed by others.

In order to hide the partition you have to follow this steps
Got to Start Menu and click Run there you have to type gpedit.msc then you will get a box named Group Policy there go to User Configuration in the left side and click on Administrative templates there double click on windows components.
Here you will find some folders from that double click on Windows explorer there you will find several files from that you have to click on the link hide this drives in My Computer then a separate box will open you can enable it and select the drive you want to restrict access and click on apply.
Then click on apply.

Now your partition will be hidden and cannot be accessed by anyone.
If you want to make it visible again you have go to Hide these specified drives in My Computer by double click on it and select disable option and click on apply. Now your partition will be visible to all.
